The level switch monitors the filling level or leakage of all conductive, non-flammable media. It can be adjusted using a proportional potentiometer. To control the level, the device works with an electrode (EO) and grounding (EM), i.e. for minimum and maximum levels, to control and protect submersible pumps against overfilling or dry running. If the liquid surface is subject to waves, we recommend a different electrode (EC). As a two-level controller, the device controls pumps or valves to automatically fill and empty containers using EO and EU electrodes and EM ground. The container wall, which conducts the medium, can also be used as a ground. When connecting two electrodes, contacts B2 and B3 must be connected with a jumper. There are versions of the device with a power supply of 230 Volts AC or 24 Volts DC.
